About This Site

This private reference organizes official paths for Latah County booking records, current custody, court follow-up, and records requests. It does not host a mugshot gallery or store an official roster. The goal is to make the responsible agency and the right lookup channel easier to identify.

What This Reference Does

Idaho public-record rules can make arrest and booking information accessible, but the record may be split among an arresting agency, a detention host, a court, and a state corrections system. Latah County adds a date-sensitive wrinkle because the former county jail stopped overnight operations on October 1, 2025. Current overnight custody is tied to the Nez Perce County Adult Detention Center, while older pages may still use the Latah County Jail name.

These pages bring the official source paths together. LCSO and MPD create agency records, Nez Perce publishes a current facility view, Idaho courts hold the later case history, and IDOC covers people under state correctional jurisdiction. Written requests fill the gaps. No booking photograph is rehosted here.

What the Pages Include

The navigation is organized around the county's actual systems rather than a set of invented facility pages.

  • The home record hub combines the roster, booking, recent-arrest, records-request, law, court, state, and archive paths.
  • Sheriff's Most Wanted explains that no public Latah list was verified and sets out the safer iCourt and court-confirmation route.
  • Mugshots in the News maps the Daily News, KLEW, KHQ, Moscow Report, MPD, and CityProtect sources.
  • City pages distinguish Moscow's MPD log from Genesee and Troy's contracted LCSO paths.
  • Supporting pages explain privacy, contact routing, terms, and legal limits.

Where the Boundaries Are

Latah County Busted Mugshots is privately operated. It has no affiliation with LCSO, MPD, Nez Perce County Sheriff's Office, IDOC, the courts, or any other government office. It does not hold people in custody, confirm a release, accept bond, schedule a visit, send money, file a case, or provide legal advice.

  • Only the responsible agency can confirm current custody or release.
  • Only the records custodian can decide whether a report or photo is held and releasable.
  • Only the court can supply the controlling public disposition.
  • Addresses, phone numbers, fees, and web pages can change, so verify them before relying on them.

Booking entries and arrest stories are accusations, not convictions. The originating agency and court remain the authorities for current status and legal outcome.

Search-Partner Disclosure

Some pages contain search boxes supplied by third-party providers. Those providers set their own terms, pricing, and result methods. If a tool leads to a paid signup, the operator of this private reference may receive a referral fee. That arrangement helps support the pages, but it does not give the operator control over the provider's data, pricing, uptime, or results.
