Latah County Busted Mugshots is a private reference, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, retrieve an official booking record, or decide whether a photograph can be released. Contact the agency or court that holds the record.

Official Latah Contacts

Use the office that owns the question. The jail transition means the arresting agency, current detention host, and court may be different custodians.

Where to Send the Question

The right destination depends on the record and custody state.

  • For a Latah County booking sheet, booking photograph, release or transfer record, or LCSO incident file, use the LCSO records office and the county request form.
  • For a Moscow incident report or MPD photograph, use Moscow's Request Records page and its NextRequest intake.
  • For current overnight custody after the county transition, read the Nez Perce instructions and confirm the name with the host facility.
  • For a filed charge, hearing, warrant-related public event, or disposition, search iCourt or ask the Latah District Court clerk.
  • For a sentenced state person or supervision record, use the IDOC Resident/Client Search; it is not a fresh county booking feed.
  • For Genesee routing, contact Genesee City Hall at (208) 285-1621, while sending the law-enforcement record request to LCSO.
  • For Troy routing, use the city's public-records request page and City Hall at (208) 835-2741, while sending a contract-service booking request to LCSO.

Federal or Immigration Custody

Use the Bureau of Prisons locator for federal custody and ICE's Online Detainee Locator when the custody basis fits. BOP does not publish a public booking-photo roster. ICE requires exact identifying information and does not list every person. These systems do not replace LCSO, MPD, Nez Perce, or Idaho court records.

Before Sending a Request

Include the person's full name, known birth year, date or narrow date range, city, arresting agency, case or booking number, and the exact item sought. Ask for a written estimate before chargeable review or copying. If an agency withholds a field or photograph, ask for the statutory basis and whether another custodian holds the record.

A request should not seek juvenile, sealed, or protected material as though it were an ordinary adult roster entry. A booking is an accusation, not a conviction. The responsible agency and court control the answer.
