What These Pages Are

This is a private reference service. It does not store official rosters or court files, cannot confirm custody, cannot release a person, and cannot file a request on a visitor's behalf. It points toward LCSO, MPD, Nez Perce, Idaho courts, IDOC, federal locators, and other public resources.

Outside search tools may be available through a widget. Those tools have separate terms, pricing, data handling, and results. A booking or arrest report is an accusation, not a conviction.

Acceptable Use

Visitors agree to use the pages lawfully and without harming other people or the service.

• Do not violate a law, court order, or another person's rights.
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or impersonate anyone.
• Do not use the information for decisions or activities prohibited by these terms or applicable law.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass a security control, or probe a private system.
• Do not run bots, scrapers, or automated requests that burden the pages or a linked service.
• Do not disrupt availability, introduce malicious code, or interfere with another visitor.

Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Latah County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide consumer reports, credit reports, or background-check services, and neither the operator nor its advertising partners offers screening services. Visitors agree not to use the pages, search tools, or any result for an FCRA-covered purpose, including:

• hiring, firing, or another employment decision;
• tenant or housing screening;
• creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
• licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program; or
• any other use regulated by the FCRA.

Links and External Services

The pages link to rosters, booking sources, sheriff and corrections offices, court portals, federal locators, legal information, news outlets, and outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. The operator does not control an outside provider's content, privacy practices, data handling, prices, accuracy, or uptime. Visitors should read the destination's terms before submitting information or relying on a result.

Information Provided As Is

All pages and linked references are supplied “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made about:

• accuracy, completeness, or currency;
• continuous availability;
• freedom from error, defect, or security weakness; or
• the breadth or quality of a partner's search results.

Custody status and public records change. Nothing here is an official statement by LCSO, MPD, Nez Perce County, IDOC, a court, or another government agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator and its owners, contractors, partners, and service providers are not liable for losses or damages arising from access to, inability to access, or reliance on these pages, a search tool, or an outbound link. Some jurisdictions limit these exclusions, so the rule applies only to the extent allowed.

Indemnification

A visitor agrees to defend and hold harmless the operator and its affiliates, contractors, partners, and personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that result from the visitor's use of the pages, violation of these terms, violation of another person's rights, or unlawful conduct.

Ownership and Permission

Unless a source is identified as belonging to a third party, the text, design, graphics, logo, code, and arrangement of these pages belong to Latah County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. Copying, distributing, selling, modifying, or republishing protected material requires written permission or a license. Government source material remains subject to its own rights and terms.

Changes to the Terms

Terms may be revised at any time. A new version becomes effective when posted. Continued use after posting means the visitor accepts the revised terms.

Suspension of Access

Access may be limited, suspended, or blocked at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. This includes activity that threatens the pages, the search provider, another visitor, or the integrity of a linked service.

Idaho Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent a dispute may be filed in court, the parties consent to courts located in Idaho, subject to any mandatory law that says otherwise.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected language will be narrowed or adjusted only as much as necessary to make it enforceable.
